矿柱体失稳破坏载荷转移效应的数值模拟研究

Numerical simulation study on load transfer effect of unstable failure of pillar body

摘要: 以房式开采过程中矿柱体失稳破坏为基础,提出了采用载荷转移率Ti来对载荷转移规律进行研究。通过数值模拟方法对比分析了矿柱体失稳破坏前后对其周围邻近矿柱体垂直应力的扰动影响。结果表明:周围邻近矿柱体极易受到中心处矿柱体失稳破坏的应力扰动影响,且Ti与Li之间存在明显的指数函数关系|宽高比W/H、开采率e、顶板刚度Er和矿柱体刚度Ep均对中心处矿柱体失稳破坏造成的载荷转移率的大小有重要的影响。

Abstract: In order to study the load transfer caused by the instability of pillar in the process of room and pillar mining, the load transfer rate Ti is applied to study the load transfer rule. Through the establishment of a numerical simulation model, the influence of the vertical stress on the adjacent pillar body around the pillar body around the pillar can be compared and analyzed. The results showed that the adjacent pillar body is very easy to be at the center of the pillar body failure stress disturbance, have exponential function relationship between Ti and Li; have an important impact load W/H aspect ratio, extraction rate e, the roof stiffness Er and pillar body stiffness Ep are at the center of the pillar body failure caused by the transfer rate. The research results provide a certain reference for the better use of the pillar mining technology in the mine.
